An aside from the usual, though I'm hoping to make it more regular, Spectacular Comics presents a little taster of 'The 12' by Benjamin Piggott & Ross Webster. This is from the February issue which will hopefully be available next February. Stay tuned for more updates as they come...

#8 Build your own Drone & Amoeba Clog

To construct your own Drone & Amoeba Clog comic strip you will need:

• A computer with a printer
• Some scissors (you may need an adult to assist)
• Some glue
• A piece of plain paper
• A ruler
• A black pen

What to do:

Print out the component sheet four (4) times. Cut around the Drone and Amoeba characters and shelf components (ask an adult to help). On the plain sheet of paper use the ruler and black marker to draw out four panel boxes (the ones on the sheet are just for show) one on top of the other in a column. Arrange the characters in your panels and stick them in place with the glue. Use the pen to copy the letters in the appropriate positions for the text. 

There you have it, your very own Drone & Amoeba Clog strip to keep and enjoy. Why not put it on the wall or make it into a birthday card for an old person?

#7 plays with the text, not in a strictly palindromic sense, but as near as is practicable. Nice use of the picture flip emphasising the inverted script. The 'full frontal' Drone binding it altogether in a barely comprehensible fashion.
